Job Description:  The Project Manager will manage Telcom projects consisting of structured wiring, telephony hardware & software, and Call Center hardware & software. Size of projects will range from small IP Office systems to very large call center applications with complex integration of call center software applications.

Duties will include responsibility for the successful completion of the project from transition meeting with sales to close out of documentation and customer billing. The PM will follow project management principles to insure the project goals of time, cost, and quality are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include managing the acquisition of  material, equipment, labor, and services to successfully complete the project. Tasks include preparing meeting agendas, conducting meetings and conference calls, producing a project schedule, updating the project team progress, perform quality control functions, and monitor and control costs.

 

 

Title: Low Voltage/Security Systems

Location: Tampa, FL

Required Certification:

  • Must have a current NICET certification
  • BICSI, RCDD, and OSP certifications are desired but not required
  • Minimum of 5 years estimating experience in the low voltage systems such as CCTV, CATV, Access Control/Security, Fire Alarm and MNS. 
  • 5+ years of design and installation experience of CCTV, CATV, Access Control/Seucirty, Fire Alarm and MNS. 
  • 5+ years of experience in the Commercial Structured Cabling and OSP cabling. 
  • Knowldge and experience in estimating software such as Timebrline is preferred. 
  • Experience in responding to federal Request for Proposals (RFPs) is highly desirable
  • Self motivated individual with very outgoing personality
  • Knowledge of the above listed low voltage systems including: system design, installation and code design. 
  • Sound computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Description: MCS of Tampa has an immediate opening for the position of a Low Voltage Syustems Estimator to join our Low Voltage Engineering division. Low voltage division covers sales and installation of voice/data/video cabling, security systems, fire alarm systems, closed circuit TV systems, point-of-sales systems, audio and intercom systems, and door access systems. 

Primary responsibilities include reviewing proposal specifications and drawings, attending bid meetings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate, preparing estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work and entering information into the estimating software, sales of new low voltage systems to new and existing customers, coordinating service for low voltage systems for new and existing customers, estimating and generating bid proposals for low voltage division, and project management of low voltage division.  

 

 

Title: Procurement Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Purchasing, Production/Operations Management, Business Management or Accounting preferred) plus 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience designing and presenting complex AVAY enterprise technology solutions
  • 5 year+ Hands on, strong proficiency provisioning, troubleshooting/diagnostics and designing: AVAYA Communications Manager Enterpise IP/UC Solutions (VoIP, H.323 and SIP Solutions), Contract Cneter with Computer Telephony Integration utilizing Cisco, Genesys, Avaya and other standard technologies such as AVAYA Messaging Portfolio, SIP (Session Initiated Protocol) and SAL (Secure Access Link), One-X portfolio, CMS Call Management System, Avaya Flare, Avaya MX meeting exchange, Contract Centre Suite, Avaya Unified Communications, CM Communication Manager, and CMM Communication Manager Messaging.

Job Description: MCS is seeking a highly motivated AVAYA PBX Installer/Engineer to join our Telecommunications division. This role will be responsible for design and maintenance of the Telecommunications Technology Infrastructure, including AVAYA PBX/ACS, Intuity Voicemail, Call Recording, Avaya Predictive Dialer, Reporting (Avaya CMS), carrier access (Dial Tone) and related systems applications for commercial and government clients. Additionally, the Design Engineer will provide system and solution design support to the Sales Team and will provide both pre-sales and technical post-sales support, as well as, solution design support. 

A successful candidate must be skilled with Avaya telephone systems features and services. Knowledge of accessing and manipulation of the database of both system types and voice mail is required. The candidate should have working knowledge of analog and digital telphone trunks to include: paging interfaces, analog CO and DID trunks, and T1 services including channelized mega-link and primary rate T1a. Knowledge of Nortel telephone system and services including Meidian Mail and Modular Messaging is highly desirable.

  • Design and implementation support, troubleshooting, performance tuning of converged IP Telephony Solutions

Job Description: Mission Critical Solutions (MCS) has an immediate opening for a Project Manager/Switch Technician/On-Site Corporate Representative position with some supervisory/project management experience to work at one of our projects in Columbus AFB in Mississippi.

Essential Functions

  • Provide effective hands-on management and oversight of all Base Telecommunications work as required by the applicable contract
  • Single Point of Contact for govenrment and any sub contractors personnel
  • Responsible for improving and maintaining  customer relations especially with the QAP(s)
  • Provides leadership and supervision for all MCS and sub contractor personnel 
  • Supervise and provide overall technical direction for all required services and support
  • Exceed assigned profitability goals
