The company offers a 401(k) retirement plan, which employees are eligible for immediately. The employee can contribute up to 15% pre-tax; the company match is 100% on the first 3%, and 50% on the next 2%, and vesting is immediate.

MCS encourages continuing education and certifications through classroom and on-the-job training. New hires are eligible for training after completing a 90-day probationary period.
