MCS Brand Products and components used within an MCS product carry a one year parts and labor warranty. Claims can be made at our business location. Products sold by MCS, but not manufactured by MCS are limited to the manufacturers' warranty.

MCS is currently an authorized repair agent for numerous manufacturers. Ask your MCS Representative for details.

  • All MCS labor is quoted on a time & material basis and is offered as an "at-will" relationship.
  • All work is COD without a prior written MCS agreement.
  • Project discounts for labor may be negotiated, ask your MCS representative for details.
  • MCS of Tampa bills for travel time at the prevailing service rate.
  • Maintenance and Service Agreements are available and will be given priority over "at-will" customers.
  • *911 or Emergency calls for "at-will" customers are handled as follows: An escalation fee of $95.00 and a minimum 15 minute evaluation/consultation with a senior engineer to determine appropriate labor resources at the rate of $159.00 an hour will be charged. The appropriate labor resource will then be dispatched at the prevailing standard rates.
